What we look for
- You ship
- You have put something in front of real users and kept it running. Side projects count. Scale does not matter; finishing does.
- You own the whole problem
- Design, data model, deploy, and the bug report that comes in on Friday. We are small enough that nobody hands work over a wall.
- You write things down
- Clear writing is most of clear thinking. Our specs, reviews, and handovers are all text, and they are read by people who were not in the room.
